We visited XM’s head office in Limassol on 7 October 2026 and confirmed a real, staffed office of Trading Point of Financial Instruments Ltd, the CySEC-licensed company that serves XM’s clients in the European Economic Area, at the address it gives clients and its regulator. The 30-day platform test has not started, so this review is in progress and no testing outcomes are recorded yet. The office points count in XM’s trust score from the publication of this report; the testing points will count once the review is decided.

This badge confirms that we visited the specified office and found a real, staffed office of the assessed company at the address it gives clients and its regulator, and that the company’s licence is verified on its regulator’s register. It covers the visit and the licence check: the 30-day platform review is separate. It lasts 12 months from the visit and does not constitute regulatory approval or guarantee the safety of funds.
