Before you apply

• Read the requirements for the badge (programme version 1.0) and the testing points. They are the complete criteria; there are no hidden thresholds.
• This is an enquiry, not a purchase. The steps are: application, scope confirmation, quotation and invoice, assessment, private findings discussion, publication, and badge decision.
• The fee depends on the office selected for inspection: from €14,000 to €22,500 for the initial assessment, and from €5,800 to €8,500 for annual renewal. See every fee. Prices shown are excl. VAT.
• Assessment fees exclude travel and accommodation. Where travel is required, the broker must cover the agreed arrangements and costs for the TTI representative. These arrangements must be confirmed before the office visit.
• Before publication, the broker is entitled to a private call with TTI to discuss the platform findings, clarify observations, and identify anything that may have been missed during testing.
• The company pays for the assessment process and reporting. Payment does not guarantee badge approval, a favourable review, or a higher trust score. Company-funded assessments are disclosed in the published report. Payment and badge approval are separate steps.
• We publish the report whatever the outcome, including concerns and anything we could not verify.
