INFINOX Global Limited
No licence recorded for this entity.
INFINOX is a forex and CFD brand that says it was established in 2009. Retail clients outside the UK deal with INFINOX Limited in Mauritius (FSC, according to the firm) or INFINOX Global Limited in Anguilla, which holds no licence. Its UK company, Infinox Capital Limited (FCA), now serves only professional and institutional clients under the IXO Prime name. A Dubai company markets the brand under a UAE CMA Category 5 licence. Companies House names Marc Oliver Joppeck as the person with significant control of the UK company since July 2024.

Each licence was matched on the regulator’s own register on the date shown. Unverified claims are listed under Regulation and legal entities.
INFINOX’s UK and UAE companies are on their regulators’ registers, but its retail clients deal with a Mauritius company whose FSC licence we could not check or an Anguilla company that is not regulated. The international agreements segregate client money but offer no compensation scheme or independent complaints body, and say losses may be unlimited even though INFINOX’s pages promise negative balance protection. Insolvency insurance of up to USD 500,000 per claimant covers the Anguilla company’s clients. Ownership is only public for the UK company, whose person with significant control is Marc Oliver Joppeck; no financial statements are published for the international companies. The FCA fined the UK company £99,200 in 2025 for transaction reporting failures, Brazil’s CVM ordered IX Capital Group, the Bahamas company then trading as INFINOX, to stop soliciting Brazilian residents in 2021, and INFINOX appears on Indian and Malaysian alert lists.
Both international agreements say client money is held in segregated accounts at an approved bank, separate from the company’s own money, although it may be passed to brokers or OTC counterparties.
The licences we could check are current, with no suspension or restriction shown.
The footer and agreements give each company’s full name, registration or licence number and address, and the details match GLEIF’s records and, for the UK company, Companies House.
Both international companies publish a complaints procedure with contact details: acknowledgement within 48 hours and resolution within 4 weeks, or 8 weeks at the latest.
The FAQ says withdrawals are processed within 24 hours and arrive within 5 business days, that the first withdrawal each month is free and later ones cost USD 15, and that deposits return to their source; the agreement sets the request process.

Not met No investor compensation scheme covers clients of INFINOX Limited or INFINOX Global Limited; their risk disclosures say clients are not protected by any statutory compensation arrangement. INFINOX Global Limited’s insolvency insurance of up to USD 500,000 per claimant above a USD 20,000 retention is private cover, not a scheme.

Whether the firm’s licences exist, are current and cover what it offers.
Client-facing entities appear on the regulator’s register 12345
We matched Infinox Capital Limited on the FCA’s list, the UAE company on the CMA’s register and IX Capital Group on the Bahamas regulator’s list. We could not check INFINOX Limited’s FSC Mauritius licence, and INFINOX Global Limited in Anguilla, which signs the main international client agreement, holds no licence.
Permissions cover the services offered 234
The UAE company holds only consultation, introduction and promotion licences, as INFINOX says, and the FCA’s published list does not show the UK company’s permissions. We could not see INFINOX Limited’s permissions on a register, and INFINOX Global Limited offers CFDs without a licence.
Regulatory claims on the website are accurate 2346789
The FCA and CMA authorisations INFINOX lists match the registers; we could not confirm the FSC Mauritius licence. The licences page lists the FCA among its global regulators although the FCA-authorised company takes no retail clients, and the Anguilla risk disclosure refers to a licence that the client agreement says the company does not have.
Clients can tell which regulated entity serves them 1210
The footer names each company and its role, and each client agreement names the contracting company. But the site presents itself as INFINOX Limited’s (Mauritius) while publishing INFINOX Global Limited’s (Anguilla) agreement first, and does not say which retail clients contract with which company.
Criteria and their weighting are explained in the methodology.
Whether you can find out who owns and runs the firm.
Ultimate ownership can be identified 111213
Companies House names Marc Oliver Joppeck as the person with significant control of Infinox Capital Limited since July 2024, with 75% or more of the shares. We found no public record of who owns the Mauritius and Anguilla companies that serve retail clients; GLEIF reports only that INFINOX Global Limited is owned by natural persons. A press report says an investor group led by Mr Joppeck bought the INFINOX group in 2024 (not counted).
Directors or senior managers are identified 45711
INFINOX names no directors or managers on its websites. Companies House lists the UK company’s director, and the UAE and Bahamas regulators list the officers of the UAE company and IX Capital Group, but we found nothing for the Mauritius and Anguilla companies.
Criteria and their weighting are explained in the methodology.
What protects client money if something goes wrong.
Retail clients have negative balance protection 2681015
The licences page and FAQ promise negative balance protection for all retail clients, with balances reset to zero on request to support, but the client agreements and risk disclosures say losses may be unlimited and clients are liable for any deficit.
An investor compensation scheme applies 681617
No investor compensation scheme covers clients of INFINOX Limited or INFINOX Global Limited; their risk disclosures say clients are not protected by any statutory compensation arrangement. INFINOX Global Limited’s insolvency insurance of up to USD 500,000 per claimant above a USD 20,000 retention is private cover, not a scheme.
Criteria and their weighting are explained in the methodology.

Warning lists and enforcement records have been searched 1920212223
We searched FCA, CySEC, CVM, KNF and Japan FSA records and the Indian and Malaysian alert lists, and ran web searches for other actions. We found the FCA’s 2025 transaction reporting fine, the CVM’s 2021 stop order and entries on the Indian and Malaysian alert lists.

How the firm handles complaints, and what independent records show.
Independent dispute resolution is available 9242526
The complaints procedures of INFINOX Limited and INFINOX Global Limited name no ombudsman or other outside body, and the Financial Commission lists INFINOX as not registered. Only the UK company, which takes no retail clients, falls under the Financial Ombudsman Service, for eligible complainants.
Independent complaint outcomes show no adverse pattern 27
The ombudsman published no decisions about Infinox Capital Limited between October 2023 and October 2026, and no outcomes are published for the international companies.
Complaint data is disclosed 28
We found no complaint statistics published by INFINOX, and its UK company is below the thresholds for the FCA’s and the ombudsman’s firm-level tables.
Criteria and their weighting are explained in the methodology.
Whether costs, execution and risks are disclosed before you sign up.
Costs are disclosed before account opening 21018293031
INFINOX publishes average spreads, explains swaps, and its agreements and FAQ set inactivity fees (USD 20 a month after six months without activity in the Anguilla agreement) and withdrawal fees. It does not state the ECN account’s commission or the rate used for currency conversions.
An order execution policy is published 32
The execution policies say the company is the counterparty and only execution venue, pricing from liquidity providers it selects, and explain the execution factors and how conflicts of interest are handled.
Criteria and their weighting are explained in the methodology.
Whether public claims hold up and the firm communicates openly.
Marketing claims are accurate and attributable 2691517
The insurance INFINOX describes matches its certificate, but its pages promise retail clients that they will never lose more than they deposited while its agreements say losses may be unlimited, and its licences page lists the FCA among its regulators although international clients contract with the Mauritius company or the unregulated Anguilla company and the FCA-authorised company takes no retail clients.
An address and working contact channels are published 110111225
E-mail, live chat and the companies’ addresses are published, and the Anguilla and UK addresses match GLEIF and Companies House, but the Mauritius company’s address differs between the footer (Ground Floor) and its client agreement (2nd Floor, Suite 207), and the contact page gives no phone number or office address.
Criteria and their weighting are explained in the methodology.

It was the FCA’s first fine for transaction reporting failures under UK MiFIR.
