Right of reply for firms
Every firm we publish about can respond. We publish responses alongside what they respond to.
What you can do
- Respond to your profile, your assessment or any finding. We publish your response, subject to legal review, with the date we received it.
- Correct a fact. If something we published is wrong, show us the evidence. We will correct it and log the correction publicly.
- Send new evidence. Primary records, such as a regulator’s register entry or audited accounts, carry the most weight.
What a response cannot do
- A response does not change a score by itself. A score changes only when new evidence leads to a new assessment under our methodology.
- A substantiated finding is not removed because a firm disagrees with it. Your response is published next to it.
- No payment, partnership or advertising can affect an assessment. We will not discuss commercial terms in connection with a profile.
- Whether or not you respond has no effect on your score.
