Each licence was matched on the regulator’s own register on the date shown. Unverified claims are listed under Regulation and legal entities.
JustMarkets’ Cyprus, Seychelles and South African companies are on their regulators’ registers; we could not check the Mauritius and BVI licences. EU clients of JustMarkets Ltd, which passes orders to Finalto and LMAX, have client money held under CySEC’s rules, negative balance protection, the Investor Compensation Fund and the Cyprus ombudsman. The Seychelles, Mauritius and BVI agreements that cover international clients, with leverage of up to 1:3000, contain no client money segregation terms, name no compensation scheme and send unresolved complaints only to the regulator; they do reset negative balances to zero unless the company finds abusive trading. The Cyprus company is owned by Just Capital Group Ltd. of Guernsey, whose owners are not named. The site makes unsourced claims, such as liquidity from the 18 biggest world banks, and contradicts its own promise of no overnight charges. JustMarkets is on Indian and Malaysian lists of unauthorised platforms, and Japan’s FSA warned the company behind its former JustForex service in 2020.
The three licences we could check are current, with no suspension or restriction shown, and CySEC’s board decisions contain no measure against the Cyprus company.
The footer gives the full name, registration number and address of the Seychelles, Mauritius, Cyprus and BVI companies and the payment company, and the Cyprus and Seychelles details match CySEC’s and the FSA’s registers.
The EU agreement gives retail clients negative balance protection, and the offshore agreements compensate a negative balance to zero, although they let the company disable the protection and claim the deficit where it finds abusive trading.
Each company publishes a complaints procedure with contact details and response times: acknowledgement within two business days and a resolution within 21 business days offshore, and a reply within two months in the EU.
Withdrawal methods, fees and times are published: no deposit or withdrawal fees except a 5% non-trading fee or reclaimed provider fees when funds are withdrawn without trading, completion within two business days offshore and processing on the same or next working day in the EU.

Partly met We matched JustMarkets Ltd on CySEC’s register, Just Global Markets Ltd. on the Seychelles FSA’s list of securities dealers and Just Global Markets (PTY) Ltd on the FSCA’s register. We could not check the Mauritius and BVI licences, because those registers refuse our requests.
Each dimension is scored from its criteria, then weighted. Dimensions without enough evidence are left out and the remaining weights are rescaled. Open a dimension to see every criterion, our rationale and the sources.

Client-facing entities appear on the regulator’s register 1234
We matched JustMarkets Ltd on CySEC’s register, Just Global Markets Ltd. on the Seychelles FSA’s list of securities dealers and Just Global Markets (PTY) Ltd on the FSCA’s register. We could not check the Mauritius and BVI licences, because those registers refuse our requests.
Permissions cover the services offered 2346
CySEC authorises the Cyprus company to receive, transmit and execute orders in CFDs but not to deal on own account, which matches its execution policy of passing orders to Finalto and LMAX; the FSA lists the Seychelles company as a securities dealer, and the FSCA approves the South African company for advice and intermediary services. We could not see the Mauritius and BVI permissions.
Clients can tell which regulated entity serves them 178910
The footer and regulations page name each company with its regulator and licence, and each offshore company publishes its own agreement, but the site does not say which of the three offshore companies contracts with an international client, the South African company appears on the regulations page but not in the footer, and the complaint procedure published for the BVI company is the Mauritius company’s.

Whether you can find out who owns and runs the firm.
Ultimate ownership can be identified 1213
GLEIF records Just Capital Group Ltd. of Guernsey as the direct and ultimate parent of JustMarkets Ltd and says natural persons own it, without naming them. For the offshore companies GLEIF reports that the parent information is not public, and JustMarkets names no owners.
Directors or senior managers are identified 341214
The Cyprus company’s Pillar III report names its five directors, the FSA names a representative of the Seychelles company and the FSCA a key individual of the South African company, but JustMarkets names no directors or managers of the companies that serve international clients.

What protects client money if something goes wrong.
Client money segregation is disclosed 151617181920

Withdrawal terms are disclosed 162324
Withdrawal methods, fees and times are published: no deposit or withdrawal fees except a 5% non-trading fee or reclaimed provider fees when funds are withdrawn without trading, completion within two business days offshore and processing on the same or next working day in the EU.

Independent dispute resolution is available 9293031
EU clients can refer complaints to the Financial Ombudsman of the Republic of Cyprus. Clients of the Seychelles and Mauritius companies can only complain to the regulator, which is not an independent dispute body, and the BVI company publishes no procedure of its own.
Independent complaint outcomes show no adverse pattern
We found no published ombudsman or dispute-body outcomes for JustMarkets’ companies.

Whether costs, execution and risks are disclosed before you sign up.
Costs are disclosed before account opening 716323334
Spreads, commissions, swaps and inactivity fees (EUR 5 a month in the EU, USD 5 every 30 days offshore) are published, but no currency conversion charge is stated, and the home page says there are no overnight charges for any client while its own table shows swaps on Brent crude.
An order execution policy is published 61635
The EU execution policy explains that the Cyprus company passes orders to Finalto and LMAX as liquidity providers, and a conflicts of interest policy is published. The offshore companies publish no execution policy, and their agreements say they need not disclose their counterparties.
Leverage and margin terms are disclosed 213233
Offshore accounts offer leverage of up to 1:3000 with a 40% margin call and 20% stop out, and EU retail clients up to 1:30 with an 80% margin call and 50% stop out. For EU professional clients the account page gives up to 1:100 and the leverage policy up to 1:300.

Marketing claims are accurate and attributable 71415
The licence claims we could check are accurate, but JustMarkets says its liquidity comes from the “18 biggest world banks”, calls itself one of the most popular brokers in Asia and the world and claims 3 million traders and 50 awards without naming sources, and its home page promises no overnight charges for any client while showing swaps on Brent crude.
