FxPro is a forex and CFD broker whose main company has been licensed in Cyprus since 2007. EU clients deal with FxPro Financial Services Ltd (CySEC), UK clients with FxPro UK Limited (FCA, according to the firm) and international clients with FxPro Global Markets Ltd in the Bahamas; FxPro also trades through Invemonde Trading Ltd in the Seychelles and, in partnership, Prime Ash Capital Limited in Mauritius. The parent is FxPro Group Limited.
Research-based assessment This profile has not completed TTI’s on-site verification and 30-day platform review. How TTI verification works
Each licence was matched on the regulator’s own register on the date shown. Unverified claims are listed under Regulation and legal entities.
Assessment summary
FxPro’s Cyprus, Bahamas and Seychelles companies are on their regulators’ lists, but its UK company is missing from the FCA’s list of investment firms and we could not confirm its authorisation, nor the Mauritius partner’s licence. All its agreements describe segregated client money and negative balance protection, and EU and UK clients have compensation schemes and an ombudsman; the UK, Bahamas and Mauritius agreements, however, say client money loses that status once it is used as margin, and international clients have no compensation scheme or independent dispute body. Ownership is only partly visible: Denis Sukhotin controls the UK company, but the group publishes no structure, management or accounts beyond the UK. The regulatory record is light: a 2024 Brazilian stop order against the holding company and five companies, a 2009 one, and a 2021 Malaysian alert-list entry. FxPro’s websites refused our automated requests, so its costs, leverage, withdrawals, risk warnings and marketing claims are not determined.
Key positives
Clients can tell which regulated entity serves them 5678

The agreements give the full names, registration numbers and registered addresses of the Cyprus, UK, Bahamas and Mauritius companies.
Retail clients have negative balance protection 5131415
FxPro’s execution policy says it applies negative balance protection to all clients regardless of category, and the Cyprus and Bahamas risk notices say clients cannot lose more than their initial investment.

Independent complaint outcomes show no adverse pattern 21
The ombudsman published one decision on FxPro UK Limited in three years, which it upheld; that is too few to show a pattern.
FxPro’s UK company is below the thresholds for the FCA’s and the ombudsman’s firm-level tables, and FxPro’s websites refused our requests, so we could not check whether it publishes complaint statistics.
Criteria and their weighting are explained in the methodology.
Trading terms and operational transparency 8% of score Not assessed: insufficient evidence
