Each licence was matched on the regulator’s own register on the date shown. Unverified claims are listed under Regulation and legal entities.
All three Darwinex companies are on their regulators’ registers and we found no enforcement actions or alert-list entries. Darwinex explains clearly what each company offers: UK and EU clients get segregated client money, negative balance protection, 30:1 retail leverage and a compensation scheme, while international clients of the Seychelles company get leverage of up to 200:1 with no compensation scheme or negative balance protection. The UK company is owned by Tradeslide Ventures Limited, which reports no individual with significant control. We could not find its client agreements, execution policy or complaints procedure on the pages we could read, so those are not determined.
We matched each company Darwinex names on its regulator’s register: Tradeslide Trading Tech on the FCA’s list, Sapiens Markets EU on the CNMV’s register and Tradeslide Global on the Seychelles FSA’s list.
